Europe Trip – Budapest & Baden

October 26, 2010

Just returned from my trip in Europe, it was a whole new experience for me. First stop was Budapest, Hungary.

There is so much history and artwork in the cities.

Performers in cobble stone streets.

The Szent István-Bazilika

Inside the church, where artwork filled the every inch of the interior.

The Budapest Parliament as seen from the Fisherman’s Bastion.

Next we took the train to Baden, a small town where Beethoven had resided.

Hiked up to the ruined castle of Rauhenstein built in the 12th century.

Beautifully maintained building in the city center.

After a pleasant afternoon we took the train to Salzburg.
