On Sunday people in Southern Ontario woke up to an ice covered landscape. Many trees & power lines were damaged from the weight of the ice.
Fortunately the downtown core was not affected much, in the afternoon Carmen & I took a quick walk around the neighborhood to see the icy scene.
Anything left outside was covered by a thick layer of ice.
Took the opportunity to try out the new SMC Pentax-DA 35mm F2.8 Limited Macro (LBA).
It is very different from the 100mm Macro that I have been using, and overall I find it very sharp and nice bokeh.
We had 1 camera and took turns taking shots, can you guess which ones are taken by Carmen?
Ice goblets encased over everything.
In areas like Brampton, many people are affected greatly by this ice storm. As I am writing this post there are still approximately 200,000 households without power in this cold weather.
